As your estate plan is designed and implemented, you will frequently interact with various team members as they work with our attorney on your behalf. Our Attorneys
Larry Treat
Larry Treat is an attorney who grew up in north central Arkansas. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May of 2017. Larry is a former research assistant to a law professor, a published legal author, and he served a term on the board of an academic law journal. Larry is very excited to offer his time and skills to help with your estate plan.
Sam Berry
Sam Berry is our most recent addition to the Estate AND Elder Law Planning Center. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock - Bowen School of Law, where he worked in the Low-Income Tax Clinic helping clients navigate tax issues. Sam has a background in land surveying and title research, and looks forward to offering small-town hospitality with premium estate planning services.
Randall Drake
D. Randall Drake began practicing law in 1996. He established the Drake Law Firm, P.A., in 1998, becoming the first attorney in our community to establish a practice focused primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in Law from University of Arkansas Little Rock in 1995. He received his B.S. in Accounting from UALR in 1993. Randall also holds a license as a Real Estate Broker, passing the broker’s exam in 1985. He is also a licensed insurance agent in the areas of life and health.
